Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI processor to handle medical record requests with accuracy while safeguarding patient privacy and complying with HIPAA. This remote, full-time role supports high-volume processing and requires proficient data entry and strong English communication.

You will contact patients, insurers, and attorneys to provide status updates, document information across platforms, and maintain confidentiality. Training is provided, with company equipment supplied.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong data entry skills with accuracy.
• Professional verbal and written English communication.
• Detail- and quality-oriented with fast-paced work sense.

Responsibilities

• Process requests for patient health information per policies and HIPAA.
• Receive, document, and respond to ROI requests from patients, insurers, and attorneys.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect privacy of records.
• Use multiple platforms and two monitors to document information.
• Meet productivity expectations at the site.
