Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI processor to handle requests for patient health information in a remote setting. You will process medical record requests, safeguard patient privacy, and ensure HIPAA-compliant releases across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use phones, fax, printers.
• Comfortable with data entry and reading/writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process ROI requests for patient health information.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of facility software and processes.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist walk-in patients as needed.
• Document information accurately across multiple platforms.
• Meet productivity expectations and complete duties as assigned.
