Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Transportation, or Structural Engineering; PE license.
• 10 years of related experience; travel may be required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the technical advancement of highway design projects and ensure technical accuracy.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of transportation planning and design projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and support professional growth within the team.
• Develop design criteria, alignments, construction plans and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with Project Leaders and Project Managers to deliver high-complexity projects.
• Review draft designs for compliance with regulations and sign/seal when required.
• Perform site reviews and update design requirements as needed.
• Assist sales with proposals and review drafts for standards.
