Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Solution Engineer for Global Public Sector in higher education. You will work with sales, product experts, and partners to tailor solutions, demonstrate Salesforce platform value, and drive adoption across student lifecycle and administrative processes.

You will partner with institutions to translate business processes into technology, lead RFP responses, and align solutions with strategic goals while staying ahead of industry trends in education and CRM.

Qualifications

• B.S., M.S. or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering or MIS.
• 7+ years of combined experience with Salesforce or other CRM solutions, with focus on education.
• 5+ years in solution engineering, consulting, enterprise software delivery, or customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle from discovery to close with account executives and partners.
• Engage with education institutions to map challenges to Salesforce solutions, primarily higher education.
• Prepare and present tailored demonstrations showcasing Salesforce capabilities to institutions.
