Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Solution Engineer for the Global Public Sector. You will collaborate with sales, product experts, and partners to tailor solutions that address higher education institutions’ challenges, from discovery to demonstration and beyond.

You’ll articulate business value, lead technical conversations, and build trust with institutions seeking to modernize operations through AI-powered Salesforce platforms, including Agentforce for Education.

Qualifications

7+ years of combined experience working with Salesforce or other CRM solutions, with a focus on education.
5+ years of experience in solution engineering, consulting, enterprise software delivery, or customer success.
Open to travel ~40% for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Responsibilities

Lead the Solution Cycle from discovery to close with account teams and partners.
Understand institutional needs and map them to Salesforce solutions for higher education.
Position Salesforce as a strategic partner and present tailored demonstrations.
