Salesforce, a leader in AI-enabled CRM, is seeking an Account Solution Engineer for the Global Public Sector. You will join the Education-focused team to design tailored solutions, lead technical demonstrations, and drive adoption across higher education institutions.

Qualifications include 7+ years in solution engineering with Salesforce or similar CRM, and strong AI/data knowledge. Travel up to 40% is expected as part of collaboration and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree or higher in CS/SE/MIS or related field.
• 7+ years of combined experience with Salesforce or other CRM solutions, focus on education.
• 5+ years in solution engineering, consulting or enterprise software delivery.
• AI and/or Data certifications preferred (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Solution Cycle with cross-functional teams from discovery to close.
• Understand institutional needs and map them to Salesforce solutions, mainly higher education.
• Position Salesforce as a strategic partner and present tailored demonstrations.
• Translate education processes into technical solutions and communicate with stakeholders.
• Lead technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and align with institutional priorities.
• Collaborate across sales, services, product teams and partners.
• Stay ahead on industry trends and drive performance goals.
