Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or MIS.
• 7+ years of combined experience with Salesforce or other CRM solutions, focusing on education.
• 5+ years in solution engineering, consulting, enterprise software delivery, or customer success.
• Artificial Intelligence and/or Data Certifications, Salesforce-preferred.
• Deep understanding of education operations including student lifecycle and academic processes.
• Strong technical acumen with experience configuring Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to lead discovery sessions and craft tailored solutions.
• Experience with RFP and proposal processes.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and travel readiness (~40%).
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Education Cloud Consultant, Data 360, Experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Solution Cycle with account teams, product specialists, and partners.
• Understand institutional needs, focusing on large higher education clients.
• Position Salesforce as a strategic partner with tailored demonstrations.
• Translate education operations into technology solutions.
• Lead technical responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Collaborate across teams to align solutions with institutional needs.
• Stay ahead of trends in education and CRM solutions.
• Achieve quarterly and annual performance goals.
• Invest in professional growth through training and mentorship.
• Drive consumption and value realization through QBRs and workshops.
• Develop use cases for Agentforce and Data360 Cloud for education.
