Macmillan Learning is seeking a Field Sales Representative to promote our full suite of educational solutions to higher education institutions within an assigned territory. You will work with professors, faculty committees, and bookstore managers to identify course materials and digital tools that meet instructional goals.

You will conduct campus visits, deliver presentations, manage CRM records, and build long-term relationships across campuses.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven direct sales track record with a history of closing opportunities.
• Ability to manage a territory independently while collaborating with a sales team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily sales calls and on-campus visits with multiple decision-makers.
• Deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations to faculty and committees.
• Manage customer profiles, opportunities, and pipelines in the CRM.
• Build long-term relationships with professors, faculty, and campus staff.
• Plan travel itineraries and daily call schedules to maximize territory coverage.
• Allocate sampling and travel budgets to optimize productivity.
• Provide weekly updates and submit sales tracking data and expense reports.
• Participate in conferences and regional/national sales meetings.
