Zscaler is seeking an Account Executive for Higher Education covering the Mid-Atlantic. You’ll join a global team focused on delighting customers, building trusted partnerships, and driving a cloud-enabled, secure digital future. Reporting to the Regional Director, you’ll advance strategic accounts and align solutions with university goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, navigate ambiguity, and demonstrate ownership, trust, and impact in a rapidly evolving security landscape.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle sales experience within software or security.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Progressive selling experience with enterprise accounts and C-Level buyers.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key internal and customer stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makers.
• Create long-term account strategy aligned with customer goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and contribute to account planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor by aligning technical solutions with client goals.
