Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruiting experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with MS Office and applicant tracking systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year recruiting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate with associates and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-volume recruitment of hourly positions including sourcing, resume review, phone screening, onboarding coordination and managing offers.
• Partners with hiring managers to plan and implement recruiting strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Understands labor market conditions and adjusts recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Attends job fairs, open houses, college recruitment fairs and national conferences.
• Serves as the contact for recruitment agencies and manages advertisements for open positions.
• Maintains knowledge of federal and state employment laws and guidelines.
• Schedules interviews based on hiring manager availability; completes onboarding with I-9 paperwork.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
