Qualifications

• Two years minimum recruitment experience.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating onboarding activities and new hire orientation.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment efforts to attract and hire qualified staff.
• Maintain an efficient onboarding process for new hires.
• Support training and coaching initiatives and administrative duties.
• Prepare concise reports and protect confidentiality of information.
