Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist in a hybrid role in Miami. You will own sourcing, screening, and hiring, then design engaging onboarding experiences to set new hires up for long‑term success.

You’ll partner with managers, source via multiple channels, manage ATS/HRIS, and ensure compliant onboarding with a focus on a smooth employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or onboarding coordination.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition from sourcing to interview to making offers.
• Design and improve onboarding experiences and pre-boarding communications.
• Coordinate logistics for new hires (equipment, workspace, access).
• Maintain onboarding records and ensure compliance (I-9, background checks).
• Track and report recruiting metrics and onboarding milestones.
