Job summary

Socket.dev, a U.S.-based company, is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage daily employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration. The role will also lead policy development and ensure compliance with employment laws while safeguarding confidential records.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily employee relations, addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace issues professionally.
• Advise managers on HR policies, practices, and employee relations matters.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Oversee benefits administration.
• Develop and implement employee programs and services.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant employee records and HR systems.
• Supervise and support HR staff and ensure effective daily operations.
