Core Staffing is seeking a Junior Recruiter in Greenwich, CT to support full-cycle recruiting across campus, technology, and corporate functions. The role focuses on high-volume and early-career hiring, with four onsite days per week and collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

You will build pipelines, coordinate interviews, and manage communications to ensure a smooth candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Campus recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting across multiple business functions.
• Exposure to technology and corporate recruiting a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offers and onboarding coordination.
• Support campus recruiting for internship and entry-level hiring.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, scheduling, and offers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Support recruiting events and campus initiatives.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate information.
• Manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience.
