• Experience managing high-volume, full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for hourly / light industrial roles preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and meet deadlines.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, engagement and relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, organization and follow-through.
• Proficient with ATS and recruiting platforms; MS Office.
• Independent worker who also collaborates with the team.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented with urgency.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to onboarding.
• Recruit for high-volume needs like hourly and industrial roles.
• Source via job boards, social media, referrals and networks.
• Conduct phone screens and assess candidate fit.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for client needs.
• Coordinate interviews, background checks, and start dates.
• Communicate updates to clients and candidates regularly.
• Track metrics like fill rates and time-to-fill.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
