Job summary

SEJ Services, LLC is seeking an on-site Recruiter in Sumter, SC to lead end-to-end, high-volume recruiting for operational roles at a centralized location. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in high-volume environments.
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards and ATS.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Coach-ability and openness to feedback.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, roles, timelines and criteria.
• Manage high-volume requisitions across multiple roles simultaneously.
• Source candidates via job boards, ATS, referrals, social media, and proactive outreach.
• Screen applicants through phone and in-person interviews.
• Maintain pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and advise on candidate selection.
• Prepare and extend offer letters; coordinate onboarding and paperwork.
• Maintain recruiting records in the ATS and ensure compliance.
• Support employer branding and sourcing strategies to strengthen pipelines.
