Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is seeking an experienced Onsite Staffing Recruiter for our York, SC location. The role is driven by a proactive, energetic approach with a “Whatever It Takes” attitude to fulfill recruiting duties.

You will proactively search for qualified applicants, screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and maintain the candidate database. The role involves high-volume openings and collaboration with clients to determine position requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in staffing, recruiting, or similar role.
• Experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Outstanding time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently or on teams.
• Familiarity with ATS/CMS systems.
• Ability to positively present the company and roles to candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage openings in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Interact with candidates via phone, social media, and professional networks.
• Craft and send recruiting emails and SMS texts.
• Coordinate with clients to determine position requirements.
• Analyze resumes accurately for qualifications.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
• Schedule and conduct interviews to evaluate technical qualifications.
• Complete employment reference checks on candidates.
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

The Onsite Staffing Recruiter proactively searches for qualified job applicants for current or planned open positions. Identifies and screens candidates and conducts initial interviews via phone or online. Maintains candidates in the company’s database.

Compensation and Benefits

$18.00 - $20.00/ hour

Requirements

• Ability to work individually or on teams as required
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
