Job summary

Lakeside HR Group is assisting a growing residential service organization in the Twin Cities metro to hire a Schedule & Dispatch Coordinator. This role owns the daily/weekly schedule, routes, and customer communications, with real-time decisions to adapt to changing field conditions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in scheduling/dispatching for a high-volume service operation, proficient with Jobber, ServiceTitan, and related tools, and excels in organization and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling, dispatching, or route coordination in a service environment.
• Experience managing recurring routes or schedules within a service-based organization.
• Hands-on experience with field-service management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the daily and weekly service schedule for a high-volume residential service operation.
• Coordinate approximately 50 customer service appointments per day across multiple field crews.
• Manage recurring customer schedules, incorporating new customers, cancellations, reschedules, and changes.
• Build and adjust efficient routes based on location, timing, crew availability, and travel.
• Add new customers to the schedule and document preferences and instructions.
• Use Jobber to manage schedules, customer info, service details, and field-team communication.
• Monitor crew routes and vehicle locations; proactively communicate delays or changes.
• Answer customer questions and explain options and policies.
• Prepare and send customer invoices and maintain billing information.
• Route inquiries via phone, text, and email to appropriate teams.
• Identify scheduling/capacity issues before they impact customers or crews.
• Partner with leadership and supervisors to improve processes and consistency.
• Assist with general office and administrative responsibilities as needed.
