Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch operations for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and commercial service calls.
• Assign service requests to technicians based on skills, availability, and proximity.
• Monitor schedules and workload to optimize resource utilization.
• Use ServiceTitan and DispatchPro to maintain schedules and improve efficiency.
• Generate reports on KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance to technicians and cross-train staff.
• Hire, train, and develop dispatchers and coordinators.
