Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to support the Food and Beverage Operations Manager in daily outlet operations. You will supervise staff, assist with hiring and training, manage payroll, and maintain inventory par levels while upholding health and safety standards.

The role requires supervision experience in a high-volume or gourmet restaurant, with a preference for casino industry background. Strong knowledge of beverage service and P&L analysis is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration is preferred.
• In lieu of formal degree, two years supervisory experience in a high-volume or gourmet themed restaurant is acceptable.
• Experience in a casino environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving P&L guidelines with the Food and Beverage Operations Manager.
• Hire, train, evaluate, discipline, and schedule supervisors and line staff.
• Oversee payroll preparation and inventory par levels; ensure sanitation and safety standards.
