Church’s Chicken seeks an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, staff training, scheduling, and execution of Church’s initiatives. You will help drive sales, manage banking and administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

The role requires 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist RGM in ensuring all employees are trained.
• Assist RGM in maintaining staffing and preparing weekly schedules.
• Help staff during high volume periods as needed.
• Assist in administering all paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assist in analyzing profit and loss statements and meeting sales plans.
• Maintain and record accurate inventory.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all laws and standards are followed.
• Maintain a clean facility at all times.
• Deliver consistent, high quality products daily, every shift.
