Shake Shack is hiring in Queen Creek, AZ for a restaurant manager dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences and high-quality hospitality. You will lead daily operations, coach a diverse team, and drive excellence through coaching and visible leadership.

Responsibilities include staff training, brand promotion in the local community, and strict adherence to sanitation and safety standards. We offer strong growth and inclusive teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction
• Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
