Flynn Arby's is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations of a high-volume Arby’s restaurant within the Flynn Group. You will oversee staff, scheduling, inventory, and cash management while driving sales, ensuring food safety, and upholding brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of operational excellence in hospitality. Evening/weekend availability is expected as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to analyze financial data for informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Experience managing high-volume operations and staff scheduling.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
