Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations of a high-volume restaurant. You will supervise staff, optimize service quality, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role demands strong leadership, financial acumen, knowledge of food safety, and the ability to train and motivate a diverse team.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience in a high-volume food/hospitality operation.
• Strong leadership with ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Solid understanding of operations and ability to analyze financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Organized and meticulous, able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
