Qualifications

• Proven GM experience in Food/Hospitality with high-volume track record.
• Strong leadership and ability to inspire a diverse team.

• Organized and meticulous; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
