Ideal candidates have 5+ years of leadership in restaurant operations, strong P&L awareness, and a passion for hospitality excellence. Travel within the region and flexible scheduling are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership in restaurant operations.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret reporting.
• Hands-on management style with hands-on operational involvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations including food & beverage execution and service quality.
• Meet budgeted goals for revenue, cost of goods, labor, and expenses.
• Perform weekly P&L analysis, inventory, and production planning.
• Manage labor with staffing projections, scheduling, and variance analysis.
• Maintain CRM visibility to ensure guest satisfaction, retention and recovery.
• Lead training with the Manager of Training for core curricula and policies.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and health compliance across all areas.
