Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership in restaurant operations.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret P&L reporting.
• Hands-on hospitality leadership in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand and embody Sally’s Apizza culture and brand history.
• Mentor, train, and develop managers and hourly staff to perform at a high level.
• Oversee all restaurant operations including food/beverage execution, quality control, service, costs, labor, and profitability.
• Meet budgeted goals related to revenue, costs, labor, and other operating expenses.
• Conduct weekly P&L analysis, inventory, ordering, and production management.
• Manage weekly labor scheduling and staffing projections.
• Maintain CRM platform for guest relations, satisfaction, retention, and recovery.
