Advanced Hospitality in Boston is seeking an experienced General Manager for Sally's, a high-volume restaurant. You will lead operations, mentor staff, manage costs, and ensure exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of proven success as a leader in restaurant operations.
• Background in best-in-class restaurant experience with hospitality focus.
• Strong financial acumen, command of a P&L, and ability to interpret reporting.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand and embody the culture and history of the brand.
• Mentor, teach, and train managers and hourly staff to perform at a high level.
• Be responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations including food/bev, quality, service, cost control, labor and profitability.
• Meet budgeted goals related to revenue, cost of goods, labor and operating expenses.
• Oversee weekly profit and loss analysis, inventory, ordering and production.
• Manage weekly labor by staffing, scheduling, and cost projections.
• Maintain CRM platform for guest satisfaction, retention and recovery.
• Collaborate with Training Manager on education, policies and procedures.
• Maintain restaurant appearance, cleanliness and upkeep per targets.
