Sally's Apizza in Norwalk, CT is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume restaurant.

You will mentor managers and hourly staff, own P&L, ensure top hospitality, and drive revenue while maintaining health, safety and quality standards. A strong financial acumen, ServeSafe certification, and ability to work a flexible schedule are required.

Starting salary around $80,000 per year with benefits; 80% hands-on leadership and regional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success as a leader in restaurant operations.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L experience.
• ServeSafe certified.
• Able to work 80% of the time in hands-on restaurant operations.
• English language required; basic Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand and embody Sally’s Apizza culture and brand history.
• Mentor, teach, and train managers and staff to perform at a high level.
• Oversee restaurant operations including food/beverage execution, quality control, service, cost, labor, and profitability.
• Meet budgeted goals related to revenue, cost of goods, labor and expenses.
• Perform weekly profit and loss analysis, inventory, ordering, and production.
• Manage weekly labor projections, staffing matrices, and scheduling.
• Maintain CRM for guest relations and satisfaction.
