American Homes 4 Rent, L.P. (AMH) is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-volume hiring process and candidate experience. This role partners with the Recruiting team, hiring managers, and candidates to move applicants through onboarding.

Responsibilities include managing requisitions and job ads in ATS, processing offers, coordinating background checks, and tracking recruitment metrics. A background in HR or office administration helps success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of office administration experience.
• Experience in HR, recruiting, staffing, or administrative roles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the job requisition process with approvals and ATS updates.
• Process and track offer letters and related documents in ATS.
• Coordinate background checks with third-party vendor and provide updates.
• Handle temporary staffing and approve agency invoices.
• Coordinate applications, onboarding, and interview scheduling.
• Create and share weekly recruitment reports and assist at events.
