You will maintain the applicant tracking system, collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, and help improve recruiting processes while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience in a high- technology industry.
• Applicant tracking system experience
• Exceptional organization, accuracy and follow-through
• Ability to work quickly while managing multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, calm and customer-focused approach
• Process-improvement mindset
• Startup experience is helpful
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume interviews and recruiting calendars
• Communicate with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
• Guide candidates through the interview process
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Document and improve recruiting processes
