Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting team across screening, interviews, and onboarding. You will manage candidate communications, data integrity in ATS/HRIS, and scheduling with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives.

In this role, you will handle high-volume recruiting for manufacturing positions, coordinate travel and interviews, and ensure compliance with policies and laws. A focus on confidentiality and timely hiring is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of recruiting, HR, administrative coordination or related experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn ATS/HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day recruiting activities from screening through onboarding.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with recruiters, hiring managers and leadership.
• Communicate interview schedules, next steps, and required documentation to candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and other HR systems.
• Post and manage job openings on platforms and internal sites; monitor applicant flow.
• Support high-volume recruiting initiatives across manufacturing positions.
• Prepare interview materials, recruiting reports, and pre-employment documentation.
• Assist with background checks, drug screening, employment verification, and onboarding.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
• Support offer processes and candidate follow-up; coordinate onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align staffing needs and recruitment status.
• Coordinate travel, lodging, and onsite interview logistics for candidates.
