• Screen candidates for qualifications, interest and availability.
• Conduct job counseling sessions and follow The WorkSmart Way through placement.
• Track attendance and recruit to maintain staffing levels.
• Prepare and deliver client reports as required by the client.
• Engage clients via calls, emails, and in-person visits to build trust.
