Fresh Mark Incorporated is seeking an HR/Recruiting professional to manage high‑volume hiring for production, maintenance, and technical roles. You will screen applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews, while maintaining strong candidate communications.

You will support onboarding, pre-employment checks, and staffing events, leveraging UKG Recruiting Gateway and UKG Pro. A flexible, team‑oriented environment is offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR administration.
• Knowledge of onboarding, Form I-9, and employment documentation is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and screen candidates for production, maintenance, technical, and support positions.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support hiring events, job fairs, open interviews, and other recruiting initiatives.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting activity in UKG Recruiting Gateway.
