Unrivaled Teamwear is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions, from requisition through offer. You will work with hiring managers to define needs, source top candidates, and keep the process moving with strong communication.

The role includes HR generalist duties as needed, handling multiple openings simultaneously, and owning the candidate experience from application to onboarding. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruiting experience required.
• Experience managing full recruiting process from requisition through offer.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
• Meet with hiring managers to understand position, skills, and priorities.
• Post positions and manage job advertisements across platforms.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, outreach, and other channels.
• Review resumes to identify candidates meeting requirements.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews and advise hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed throughout process.
• Assist with offer preparation and background checks.
• Maintain accurate applicant data in ATS/HRIS and report on activity.
• Follow up on open requisitions and adjust recruiting activity as needed.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the process.
