Qualifications

Proven ability to generate $3M+ in monthly origination volume across investment real estate financing.
Customer-focused selling with demonstrated deal customization.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Analytical skills for structuring loans and tailoring terms.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; CRM familiarity.
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated with a track record of hitting sales targets.
Experience in the real estate lending industry; prior competitor exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

Pursue and secure new business with property investors, brokers, and agents.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by identifying lending opportunities.
Negotiate terms and present customized loan solutions to close deals.
Build a network of investors and referral partners for a steady lead flow.
Maintain CRM updates and manage a dynamic deal pipeline.
Collaborate with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuation teams to ensure timely closings.
Represent Dunmor at industry events to build brand and generate opportunities.
