Job summary

Dunmor is actively seeking results-driven loan originators to join our sales team. You will focus on achieving strong origination volumes, building strategic relationships with investors, brokers, and agents, and driving revenue growth in real estate financing.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of funding $3 million+ in monthly origination volume across fix-and-flip, construction, SFR, or bridge financing, in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.

Qualifications

Proven ability to consistently achieve $3 million+ in monthly origination volume.
Track record of delivering customized loan solutions for real estate investors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset for structuring deals and tailoring terms.
Proficient with MS Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint and CRM systems.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience with direct industry competitors is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive new business.
Actively pursue and secure new lending opportunities and meet sales goals.
Negotiate and present loan terms with customized solutions.
Build a network of investors, brokers, and real estate professionals.
Maintain CRM updates and monitor sales performance metrics.
Collaborate with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations to ensure timely closings.
