Sally’s Apizza seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a new location from day one. You’ll shape culture, hire and develop staff, and drive hospitality excellence in a high-volume environment.

Role demands hands-on leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to Sally’s standards. Expect 80% hands-on operations, with travel within the region as needed and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical: Strong computer skills with Office suite, Brink, and 7Shifts POS.
• Language: English required, basic Spanish preferred.
• Experience: minimum 5 years leading restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality.
• Certifications: ServeSafe Certified.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand and embody Sally’s Apizza culture and brand history.
• Mentor and train managers and staff to deliver high hospitality standards.
• Oversee operations including food/beverage, quality, service, cost, labor and profitability.
• Meet budgeted goals for revenue, COGS, labor and other expenses.
• Manage weekly P&L, inventory, orders, and production.
• Plan labor with revenue projections and staff scheduling.
• Maintain CRM for guest relations and satisfaction.
• Coordinate training with Training Manager on core policies.
