Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Baking/Cooking experience with standard recipes.
• Minimum 2+ years line cook experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce meals following recipes and directions.
• Assist with food production and cooking duties.
• Prepare fruits, vegetables, and proteins using knives or equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized work station and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines per OSHA and health departments.
