Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Culinary Degree (preferred but not required).
• Minimum 2+ years line cook experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce food according to recipes and directions.
• Assist with food production including cooking duties.
• Prepare and portion food for service and events.
• Follow production sheets and recipe guidelines to meet deadlines.
• Maintain station cleanliness and proper FIFO and labeling.
