Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory and costs, maintaining sanitation standards, and collaborating with the General Manager for smooth service. Two years of kitchen management experience is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of kitchen management experience
• Experience in a quick service fast food environment is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain quality and brand standards.
• Enforce food safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
• Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team members to support growth and performance.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs while minimizing waste.
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless communication and service during peak hours.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
