The role requires at least two years of kitchen management experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to food safety. You will partner with the General Manager to optimize inventory, costs, and service during peak hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet brand standards.

• Manage inventory, cost control for food and labor, while minimizing waste.
