Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. You will lead a diverse team, ensure quality and presentation meet brand standards, and enforce food safety and sanitation regulations.

The role requires at least two years of kitchen management experience, strong leadership, and a collaborative approach with the General Manager to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen management experience.
• Experience in a quick service fast food environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain consistent quality and adherence to brand standards.
• Enforce food safety procedures and ensure full compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
• Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team members to support professional growth and performance excellence.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs while minimizing waste.
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless communication and service during peak hours.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
