The role emphasizes training, inventory and cost control, collaboration with the General Manager, and a strong passion for craft pizza and wings. Two years of kitchen management experience is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of kitchen management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and hospitality skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff for daily operations.

• Enforce food safety procedures and sanitation compliance.
