Qualifications

• Two years of recruiting experience.
• One year of administrative work experience.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Post and screen job requisitions on various boards.
• Enter data in ADP ATS and manage onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define recruiting processes.
• Screen, schedule, and interview applicants.
• Identify and implement effective recruiting methods.
• Extend verbal and written job offers.
• Coordinate background checks and drug testing.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation.
• Track recruitment activities and sources for reporting.
• Generate time-to-fill and other recruiting analytics.
