Job summary

Amarr Company, part of a global opening solutions leader, is seeking a talented recruiter in Lawrence, KS. The role focuses on high-volume recruitment across the country, screening candidates, and coordinating onboarding to ensure a smooth hire process.

You will leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS/HRIS systems to build pipelines, drive recruiting plans, and contribute to Amarr’s branding. A bilingual Spanish background is strongly preferred, with travel up to 20% supported by the company.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of high-volume recruiting experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources preferred.
• Experience with ATS & HRIS (ADP and/or SuccessFactors preferred).
• Experience sourcing through Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute recruiting plans for open positions to fit hiring needs.
• Screen qualified applicants by phone, video, and in‑person interviews.
• Source resumes using LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS to engage passive and active candidates.
• Complete onboarding and ensure new hire paperwork is accurate.
• Develop outreach and recruitment branding; participate in community and college networks.
• Maintain recruitment KPIs and coordinate multiple initiatives with timely deliverables.
• Attend job fairs, open houses, and events; travel may be required.
