Job summary

Beacon Hill seeks an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support a high-volume portfolio of professional and corporate positions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, manage full-cycle recruiting activities, and drive hiring initiatives across multiple functional areas.

The ideal candidate is relationship-focused with strong sourcing skills, able to manage multiple requisitions, and build credibility quickly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or RPO environment.
• Experience managing 15+ concurrent requisitions.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business functions including Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Technology.
• Experience partnering with managers, directors, and senior business leaders.
• Strong ATS documentation and data management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated success building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Manage a requisition load of 18-22 corporate positions simultaneously.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and close.
• Partner directly with hiring managers, directors, and business leaders across multiple functions.
• Conduct intake meetings to define hiring requirements, qualifications, compensation, and timelines.
• Source and engage passive candidates for professional and mid-level corporate positions.
• Conduct candidate screenings and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
• Maintain pipeline health and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with recruiting support teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate status updates, and hiring documentation.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance within the applicant tracking system.
