• Monitor repair orders, turnaround times, efficiency, and department performance.
• Establish expectations for team performance, accountability, and customer service.
• Support employee training, development, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
• Drive service department revenue through maintenance recommendations and additional repair opportunities.
