Job summary

Mullinax Ford is seeking a Quick Lane Service Manager to elevate our busy Quick Lane department across a multi-store enterprise. The role focuses on delivering five-star customer service, leading a team, and driving performance and efficiency.

Candidate should have automotive service management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train and empower staff. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required. Full-time, onsite in Florida.

Qualifications

• Automotive service management experience.
• Ability to provide five-star customer service.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Team leader with lead-by-example approach.
• Results oriented and problem solver.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Able to pass background screening and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain relationships.
• Keep up to date with products, features, and training.
• Direct, supervise, and monitor performance of direct report employees.
• Attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Motivate the team to meet performance goals.
• Ensure tools, parts, and equipment are available and up to date.
• Ensure proper training for employees.
• Track technician productivity.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the Quick Lane department.
• Assist other departments
• Follow company procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
