Job summary

Iron Trail Motors is seeking an Automotive Quick Lane Manager to lead daily service operations at our Chevrolet + Toyota dealership in Minnesota. You will direct shop workflows, train and supervise service advisors and technicians, handle escalated customer issues to maintain high satisfaction.

This in-person role requires OSHA safety compliance, oversight of inspections, scheduling bottlenecks, and adherence to manufacturer standards, with a Monday–Friday work schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical degree.
• Experience in automotive service management or as a service advisor/technician.
• Ability to lead, coach, and train a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily shop workflows and RO flow to maximize efficiency.
• Train, schedule, and mentor service staff and advisors.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction.
• Enforce safety, quality control, and manufacturer/dealership standards.
